Victor Mee Auctions is in no way liable for any loss or damage caused once the item(s) leave our auction rooms.

We are happy to assist you with your shipping needs by sourcing quotes from trusted couriers/carriers. Packing can be organised in house, once lots are packed we can advise package dimensions. So you can book with your preferred carrier and forward us the label or we can book for you with a postage carrier however any loss or damage to the package/items after they leave our auction house is at the customers own risk. If you wish to insure the package you must request this as it is not automatically added, it will incur and additional charge. 

 Please be aware that any items made from fragile materials such as glass, ceramic, etc are uninsurable against breakage with any of the postage carriers. As with all postage and shipping all items are posted at your own risk. Our team at Victor Mee Auctions will do our very best to ensure your item is packed as well as it can be to keep it safe in transit however, we cannot accept any responsibility for damage caused by mishandling during shipping/delivery.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT AS A SMALL COMPANY, WE WOULD ADVISE YOU OF A MINIMUM WAIT OF 14 WORKING DAYS BEFORE YOUR ITEMS WILL BE PACKED.

Couriers are usually paid separately. For items going with a courier, we only source quotes from couriers we trust to take the upmost care of your deliveries. We are not responsible for delivery times of external couriers.
